		Things you should know Our Guarantee We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to satisfy upon delivery. Please open boxes and examine immediately. Should you perceive a problem, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of your materials. Credit Cards, Purchase Orders, Credit Terms, & Cash Sales We accept CREDIT CARD ORDERS. We only accept purchase orders from public school districts. Should you need to make a purchase over $2000.00 and wish credit terms, please contact the business office for a credit application. CASH OR CHECK: Please take a five percent (5%) discount if you send payment in full with your order. WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR MATERIALS Please check the condition of the boxes IMMEDIATELY for dents and punctures indicating possible damage in shipment. Materials are sent in new boxes and are inspected to be sure they are in good condition. Damage during shipment is the responsibility of the Carrier. The boxes and packing materials are proof of damage; DO NOT DISCARD IF THERE IS DAMAGE. Save packing materials and box for inspection by the carrier. Call us immediately 1-931-498-2432. Shipping The total charged amount will reflect additional final shipping costs that are not included in the price displayed on this website. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and packed in recycled materials such as shredded paper or Styrofoam pellets. Please let us know if you wish your order sent via a different carrier service. Backorders We strive to ship your order to you A.S.A.P. It can take three to eight weeks from the time we receive your order. If you have a must have delivery deadline, be sure to communicate this to us. Please order materials well in advance of the time that you will need them in your classroom. The summer months are extremely busy, and due to unexpected demand, we may run out of stock on some items periodically. We fill our orders chronologically; orders placed in spring guarantee a late summer delivery. All of our products we sell or make are availed to the general public.
