The winner will be announced under the giveaway post on the Instagram page and will also be contacted via a private message on Instagram.

The international giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is organised by Hello Wood Zrt., whose registered office is located at 1082 Budapest, Kisfaludy u. 19. 3/9., Hungary (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
The Giveaway is open exclusively to natural persons who do not fall within any of the excluded categories specified in Section 11 below (hereinafter referred to as an “Entrant”), comply with all requirements set out in the Giveaway announcement, and have a registered Instagram account.
The Giveaway takes place on the HELLO WOOD Instagram page.
To enter, Entrants must visit the specified Instagram page and tag two friends in a comment under the giveaway post featuring the caption “TAG TO WIN!” The tagged friends must also meet the eligibility requirements set out above.
Entrants must also follow the specified Instagram account, @hellowood.
At the end of the Giveaway Period, one winning Entrant will be selected from among the eligible commenters.
The selected Entrant will win together with the two friends tagged in the winning comment. Accordingly, the Instagram usernames of all three winners must appear together in a single comment.
The Giveaway runs from:

Comments eligible for inclusion in the prize draw must be submitted before midnight on 26 July 2026. Comments submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted as entries in the Giveaway.
An Entrant may submit an unlimited number of comments, provided that different friends, identified by their Instagram usernames, are tagged in each comment.

The prize draw will be conducted electronically using a computerised selection process.
In accordance with the Giveaway announcement, the Promoter will select:
one winning comment containing a total of three Instagram usernames; and
five reserve comments, each containing a total of three Instagram usernames.
Reserve winners will become entitled to the prize in the order in which they were drawn if a winner or reserve winner ranked ahead of them:
does not comply with the requirements of these Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions and is therefore disqualified; or
fails to contact the Promoter within five days of the prize draw in the manner specified under the Giveaway post published on the Instagram account identified in the Giveaway, @hellowood.

The winners will be announced in writing under the Giveaway post published on the specified Instagram account, @hellowood.
The winners will subsequently be contacted through Instagram regarding the details of receiving the prize.
When claiming the prize, the winners must verify their identity based on the personal information provided privately through the social media platform.
The Promoter will send the voucher confirming the prize, together with the relevant product information, electronically to the email addresses provided by the winners.
The winners consent to the Promoter publishing their names on the HELLO WOOD Instagram page, @hellowood.
The winners also consent to the Promoter taking a photograph of them at the venue when they redeem the prize. This photograph may be published exclusively as an Instagram Story on the HELLO WOOD Instagram account, without identifying the winners or including their names.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the Entrant’s automatic acceptance of these Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
The Promoter accepts no liability for comments that are lost, damaged, delayed or otherwise affected as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The prize consists of a complimentary entry to the Holy Cube Rally for the winner and the two friends tagged in the winning comment, courtesy of HELLO WOOD, as well as tone Quitin Nano portable espresso machines.
The Promoter reserves the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to replace any prize specified in these Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions with another prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter will not accept any complaints or claims in connection with such a substitution.
The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant who does not comply with the requirements of these Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions at any time before the prize is awarded.
The Promoter accepts no liability arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by an Entrant.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any personal income tax liability arising in connection with the prize will be borne by the Promoter.
Any other costs incurred in connection with claiming or using the prize, including, for example, travel expenses to the location where the prize is to be redeemed, must be borne by the Entrant.
Employees of Hello Wood Zrt. and their close relatives, as defined in Section 8:1(1)(1) of the Hungarian Civil Code, are excluded from participating in the Giveaway.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from any of its current or future promotions or giveaways any person who commits fraud, falsification or other misconduct in connection with any promotion or giveaway organised by the Promoter.
By participating in the Giveaway, the Entrant unconditionally agrees that any personal data requested and provided during the Giveaway may be entered into the Promoter’s database and used by the Promoter, without any further compensation or authorisation, for the purposes and duration of administering the Giveaway.

The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and all other applicable legislation.
